Services were put down since September 2017 by adhitz which use to remain down until December 2017. Admin sent all payments to the users.
According to Jim Grago (OLD ADMIN OF ADHITZ), he has sold out adhitz to a new owner who will own website now.

"Members, when we announced on November 7th that we were going out of business, we received a huge out pouring of support and many offers to purchase AdHitz. I am pleased to announce we have a buyer and all AdHitz services have been reactivated.
The new owners have informed me that they will soon add Paypal for incoming and outgoing payments but, for the time being though, Payza will be used. I will continue to manage the site until the purchase is finalized, which should be completed in a couple weeks."
Jim Grago is just clearing all old payments to handover to new administration.
This down time happened due to Paypal. They had some issue and had to remove paypal from payment method and use Payza instead. this thing caused big issue to advertisers because paypal is widely used payment method.
So new admin hopes to reactive paypal into adhitz system so it can be easy for the advertisers to buy ads and to publishers to get paid.
Anyways, i like payza and lets see what type of changes happen in system to make it more stable. What do you think? tell me in comments.
